Tech Lancaster Meetup

We will be upstairs in "The Sanctuary" - when you walk in the main entrance just head up the stairs! We will have signs as you walk in to guide you.
Pizza is provided free upstairs. Beer/wine/soda/etc at the bar downstairs!

This months speakers:
Shawn Gallagher - Untitled Medical Tech History Talk

Todd Ritter - Smart home automation without selling your soul to Big Tech

At its core, true home automation is about shifting your living space from reactive to proactive, transforming a house full of isolated gadgets into a cohesive, intelligent ecosystem. Instead of juggling dozens of fragmented, vendor-locked cloud apps that stop working when the internet goes down, a locally-controlled platform like Home Assistant allows you to unify your hardware under one roof. We will review the hardware/software necessary to achieve this, and the automation that becomes possible once you have centralized control of your home!

Have something you want to share? Lets us know and maybe fill in a hole!
