**About the speaker**

Supriya Joshi is passionate about mindful leadership and coaching, and brings over 20 years of experience in the software industry at companies like Catch and REA Group.

She worked her way from software engineer to architect, and most recently served as Head of Technology at ReadyTech – mission-critical SaaS for education, employment services, workforce management and more.

She lives with her husband, son and two labradors in Melbourne. When not sitting in front of a computer, you can find her hiking in nature or in a cosy corner in her house with a book and a cup of tea.
