Break down silos and solve complex business problems with Event Storming
Product, BAs, Software Engineers, QA roles will all benefit from participating in this collaborative process

Join us in this hands-on workshop!

Event Storming is a format where a cross-functional group models a line of business or process in terms of business events.
This is for you if you (and your organisation) has some of these problems:

  • Lack of Shared Understanding Brings business and technical stakeholders together using a common language: Domain events (written in post it notes!).
  • Unclear or Complex Scope Ideal at project kick-off to define scope, reduce ambiguity, etc.
  • Identifying Gaps & Inefficiencies Visual workflows make bottlenecks, duplicate steps, or missing decisions evident, enabling improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Breaks down silos with collaborative approaches to system understanding.
  • Legacy System Discovery Helps deep dive into existing systems by surfacing undocumented behaviours through domain events.

In this two hour hands-on workshop we will model a small domain. Should give you a flavour of what is possible
