Topic of Main Talk - The Neuroscience of Trust

Trust is a measurable driver of performance, not a vague cultural ideal. Neuroscience research shows that oxytocin, the brain chemical that promotes connection and collaboration, is triggered by leadership behaviours. Laila Kramer is a Career Coach and Fractional HR Leader who helps knowledge workers and leaders navigate career transitions, leadership growth and the psychological dynamics that shape trust, motivation and collaboration at work. Her coaching focuses on how people think, relate and adapt in complex professional environments.

With qualifications in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Strategic HR Management and Professional Coaching (ICF Level 2), Laila combines psychological depth with commercial insight from more than a decade in senior Head of People & Talent roles across international tech startups.
