Topic of Main Talk - Honoring your values in a time of abundance

It has never been easier to generate more. More ideas, more code, more features, more content, more answers... Yet most leaders and organisations are unable to answer whether this abundance is producing substantially more value for their businesses, customers, teams and personal lives. We're living through a magical and disorientating moment. This talk aims to zoom out and consider the product delivery system as a whole, the consequences of this abundance and how to reason about your core values as you lead yourself and your teams through this period of turbulence.

Paco has operated in various leadership roles and at the frontlines of global startups, scale-ups and big tech, including at companies like Apple, Hotjar and more recently leading software engineering at MTN. Like many engineering leaders navigating this madness, he's taken an extended break to reflect, recharge, regroup and prepare for what's next.
