It was only recently that I set up Tech Leadership Wellington, and I am so pleased to announce our First Meetup in the new year!

I am so exited the confirm that Tamara Buckland will be sharing with us a talk on:

Developing Workplace Wellbeing Practices

Tamara is an experienced service designer, project manager and people leader.

In the Wellington Tech industry, Tamara has focused on wellbeing, diversity, culture and inclusion when managing people, projects and when helping companies through change.

Tamara has so much to share with us when it comes to the intersection of technology and leadership.

It's an honour to have Alex Matthews, from Xequals and TEDx Wellington, join us and share his experience in building Wellbeing Cultures at the organisations he leads.

Alex is the director of Xequals, a Tech Project Delivery company, and is on the leadership team for TEDx Wellington.

With 15 years experience in the Tech industry and as a graduate of the NZ Future Leaders Programme, Alex has so much to share with us when it comes to the intersection of technology and leadership.
