## Melissa Ngau
Melissa Ngau has had a 16 year career in Testing and Technology Leadership. As a lifelong Tester, she injects the testing mindset to help teams collaborate on the 'Why and What' over just the 'How'. She believes in strengthening teams to be poly-skilled through solid foundations in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in order to deliver real value for customers.

## Kim Engel
Kim Engel is a quality specialist with a 20+ year testing career spanning a broad range of industries and technologies. Through inspiring and coaching others, and leading by example, Kim helps companies improve their approach to delivering quality products. She is known in the software community for driving continuous improvement, her dedication to quality, and a pragmatic approach to risk management.
Kim is married with two kind-hearted children and is a human rights advocate for refugees

## Poornima Sunkara
Poornima has over 15 years experience as a Software Quality professional, who has worked with teams across various industries championing QA process improvements, and delivering products with outstanding quality. She has worked in various roles through which she has used many leading tools and technologies. Poornima has also coached teams in implementing Agile practices and continuous improvement.
She is a big advocate on customer experience, providing solutions that are customer centric and aligns with organisational goals.
She is currently working as a QA Lead at COX Automotive Australia.
