In July, we're delighted to be joined by Tracy Powell, VP of Engineering at Mentorloop, who is sharing her wisdom and experience on the importance of mentoring and mentoring cultures (as well as the strategies and knowledge built into the Mentorloop platform!).

During this event, we also hope to share more information on Tech Leading Ladies' first mentoring program, using Mentorloop!

Tracy will share Mentorloop's learnings and approach to mentoring and some strategies to get the most out of a mentoring relationship or integrating mentoring into your own team.

About Tracy:

Tracy is an experienced engineering leader, passionate about building intuitive and elegant software to improve the way people live and work. She has over 15 years of experience scaling engineering teams and SaaS applications with a focus on culture, customer experience, continuous improvement, and automation.

Tracy joined Mentorloop to support their mission to make mentoring more accessible and to help make a difference in the startup community. She has guided and mentored over a dozen engineers and engineering managers as well as participated in a few formal mentoring relationships.
