Stakeholder management and the ability to align the needs of different parties is a crucial element to success in all of our roles. This session will look at how to identify all stakeholders, how to communicate, how to respond when things go wrong, and overall give you skills, tips and tools to engage more effectively with all stakeholders and reach your goals. There will be plenty of real life stories to relate to and learn from!

Our Speaker

Kim Spillman

Kim is General Manager of Midnyte City. She believes strongly in the value of technology and the role that delivery, strategy, organisational transformation and effective leadership has on not only business outcomes, but team and individual health. Kim has a long background in technology delivery, leading teams and organisations to success.

Kim is also the Chairperson of a Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing organisation, and is able to apply her skills in leadership, stakeholder management and building high performance teams to create impact for participants.
