Overcoming communication failures

Details
Shaping intentions and balancing thinking with doing
Have you ever felt frustrated by miscommunications that led to misunderstandings, conflicts, or missed opportunities? Poor communication can negatively impact team morale, productivity, and even organisational success.
In this talk, we explore how changing our words can change our world. Through shifting our language from reactive to proactive, we can foster a more productive work environment. By focusing on intent, continuous learning, and curiosity, we can build stronger teams and enhance our own personal growth. We also discuss the importance of striking the right balance between thinking and doing. And finally, we discuss the practical applications of effective communication.
During this presentation, we encourage you to experiment with these concepts in your work environment. By finding the right words to use with your team, we can create a more engaging, effective, and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
