Generative AI to Redistribute the Mental Load

Research shows that in dual-career households women still shoulder up to 80% of the “mental load”—the invisible juggling of chores, schedules and decisions. Generative AI—from voice-activated grocery planners to predictive task managers—gives us our first real chance to automate, share or lighten that burden.

Let’s imagine, design and build the tools that share the load.
