Managing yourself as a leader

In order to manage a team successfully you also need a good way to manage yourself. In this work group session we'll exchange ideas on:

• How you manage your time to be an effective leader (in a given day, week or longer term goals, etc..)
• How you manage your mental state to be an effective leader (for example preventing burnout)
• How you manage your growth and progress as a leader
• How you use AI to boost your productivity

Of course after the discussions there will be food, drinks and plenty of time to hang out!
