How mentoring works and how to make it effective

Mentorship is one of overlooked but very important tools in a manager's toolbelt. We'll discuss in smaller groups how to make it work and make it effective.

We'll explore what makes mentorship thrive, the challenges it brings and how it shapes both personal and professional journeys. In small groups we'll tackle questions like: What makes a great mentor? What expectations should you set at the beginning of a mentorship relationship? What are the most effective forms of mentorship people have seen or experienced?, etc..
