At the 2-hour workshop Coaching Skills for Engineering Managers, we’ll use role-play and guided exercises to learn how to lead better conversations within your team through powerful questions. The focus will be on developing a coaching approach that strengthens trust, independence, and accountability among colleagues. The workshop will help you improve your 1:1 conversations, support employee development, and lead in more challenging situations.
