TLNW is about helping leaders have better conversations and build better teams. We have been reluctant to tackle the topic of AI until we could find a human-centric angle.
This session isn't about the latest models, AI writing your code while you commute or how to accidentally leak your source code.

In this session we are exploring the fault lines surfacing in our organisations, the rigour, the rapidly changing role of the human in the loop, the explosion of cognitive debt and evolving organisation topologies to leverage AI.
