HTTP/2 is the new version of the web's and the Internet's most important and widely used protocol. RFC 7540 shipped in May 2015 and is getting deployed across the Internet in servers and clients. Daniel explains what it is, why it matters, how widespread the use already is and what might be up next in HTTP land.

Daniel Stenberg (http://daniel.haxx.se/) is employed by Mozilla, participated in the HTTP/2 work within the IETF and has hands-on experience with several HTTP/2 implementations.
