Ever dreamed of designing and launching your very own website? We'll let you in on a little secret. It's easier than you think! In this beginner-focused two and half hour workshop, attendees will learn about the fundamental tools of front-end development (HTML & CSS) and build out their first very own website. Of course, Tech Talent South will be providing wine to help fuel the creative process! Attendees simply need to bring along their own laptop and leave the rest to us.

This workshop will be held from 6:30pm to 9pm on Wednesday, July 22nd at Packard Place, which is located at 222 S. Church St. Charlotte NC 28202.

Our Workshop Leader: Mariel Van Norman

Mariel is a web developer and seamstress located in Charlotte, NC but is originally from Arizona. Through Tech Talent South. Mariel discovered that web development is super cool and kind of like sewing - but with computers and websites instead of needle and thread. Mariel is most comfortable with HTML, CSS, Ruby, and Javascript as well!
