A great part of us wait for the 'post covid' times or to get back to normal, but research (1) shows that we can significantly improve team engagement by shifting our mindset and attitudes - from passively waiting to actively address the changes. Guess which one is more effective? Yes, adapting to change is critical for engagement.
This highly interactive workshop will take you on the journey of recreating team culture for new times. Together with your peers, you will reflect on what worked and what didn't since the COVID madness started and converge to a series of practical ideas, ready to use in your workplace.
The session will last 60 minutes and, for the next 30 minutes, we will be online to discuss more with you and other teamwork enthusiasts.
