Description: TensorFlow recently became the “de facto” software library for Deep Learning and it is arguably the most popular one. It is open source and it was released in 2015 by Google to make it easier for Developers to design, train and develop Deep Learning models in Python. Apart from TensorFlow, other libraries which work either with or on top of TensorFlow, such as Keras, will also be discussed. Everyone is welcome at this talk and the presentation will start from the very basics and will then be adopted according to the preferences of the audience. Beginners and advanced coders are equally encouraged to attend, as the presentation will be very flexible and it will try to cater all needs.

Bio: Ioannis Kourouklides pursued his four-year Master of Engineering (MEng) at Imperial College London in the fields of Electronic and Information Engineering, with specialization in Αrtificial Intelligence, Optimization, Signal and Image Processing. He graduated in 2014 with a First Class Honours and his thesis involved applications of Computer Vision and Machine Learning in Mobile Robotics. He now works as a Senior Data Scientist in the finance technology (fintech) sector.
