WHO SHOULD ATTEND?:
You might say "I'm not in tech," "I'm not [ethnicity] or [disability]," "I already know everything about diversity,", but there’s much to be learned. Be curious, come open to learning, everyone is welcome.
EVENT FRAMEWORK:
Our goal is to invite distinguished speakers from around the globe to discuss research on Neurodiversity, diversity, disability, design, technology, organizational design, and inclusion. We aim to raise awareness and share effective strategies on how to effect change at both the organizational and technological level, as well as share insight on how to incorporate data and design.
Our group strives to promote not only lectures but also discussions to foster collaboration and hear from the audience.
It's crucial to acknowledge systemic barriers to overcome them effectively.

GROUP MODEL
The group is a non-profit organization that aims to promote inclusive design and technology by providing value to both participants and speakers. This means that the group supports entrepreneurs, organizations, and individuals as long as their talks do not focus solely on sales and contribute to the advancement of the field. Therefore, promoting oneself is acceptable - value exchange is important! Let us know if there is anything we can offer or help with, and where events do generate any income, speakers can be supplemented.
If you would like to become a speaker in the future for 10-15 minutes, on a topic of your choosing, please complete this form.
PREVIOUS RECORDINGS
If you sign up to the event, you will receive raw recordings within two weeks. Otherwise, recordings will be released once they have been edited down, so the most salient aspects of talks can be communicated. You can follow this on Youtube below:
