Kate Rodde - With both a scientific and business background Kate has worked across the globe for Telcos, big pharma and within academia. Kate especially enjoys using technology to leverage impact in the field of human health. She is now Commercial Director for Braided Communications. Braided develops communications tools for astronauts on deep space missions and uses the same technology to provide better team collaboration on Earth.

Ashley Peacock - With a decade in tech, Ashley Peacock specializes in designing accessible tools for underrepresented communities, like a reader for Posterior Cortical Atrophy and a 3D Autism Simulation tool. Drawing from her own experiences with ADHD and Dyslexia, she champions co-design for inclusive products. Ashley is dedicated to authentic accessibility and empathy in technology, continually seeking innovative solutions to understand diverse experiences and overcome bias's in design. Anita Foldvari - Anita Foldvari is a seasoned freelance virtual assistant and Access to Work consultant. Their move to freelancing was partly driven by challenging experiences in traditional employment, where the lack of inclusion and understanding often hindered the success of neurodiverse individuals like themselves. Now thriving in their freelance role, Anita draws from years of experience in supporting diverse professionals and offers a unique perspective on the challenges and barriers faced in typical work settings. Through their consultancy, Anita is dedicated to reshaping workplace practices, advocating for accessibility and empowering disabled people to thrive in their roles. As a speaker, Anita combines personal insights with professional expertise to highlight the need for inclusive organisational design.
