📢 Connecting BIM and ERP: A Unified Planning Platform for Large Construction Projects
In this talk, you'll learn how we at PROGRESS GROUP support the planning and coordination of large construction projects with our ahead Suite platform. Acting as a central planning and data hub, the platform combines large 3D building models (BIM) with operational data from various ERP systems to create a unified planning environment.
We’ll demonstrate how 3D models serve as the foundation for project planning, while data from different ERP systems is collected, synchronized, and visualized directly in the context of the model. This approach uniquely connects BIM visualization with real planning processes for complex construction sites. In the talk, we will also highlight the key role that open-source software plays in this ecosystem.

📢 Beyond Prompting: How We Use AI in Software Development
AI is becoming part of everyday software development — but using it well means more than writing better prompts. In this talk, I’ll share how we currently approach AI as a software development company: where it helps, where human judgment is still essential, and how we integrate it responsibly into real project workflows. Using Claude Code as the main example, I’ll explain concepts like Claude.md, Skills, Commands, Hooks, and MCPs, and show how AI can connect with existing tools such as GitHub Actions and Linear to become a more structured and useful engineering tool.
