Talk 1
Round Midnight are a leading Creative Arts company that deliver high quality Theatre in Education performances, drama workshops and award winning tech in education.

In 2018 Round Midnight designed and developed Virtual_Decisions; a ground-breaking VR in Education programme. When all of our traditional markets closed down in March 2020 we used the time to take stock and examine what education might look like post lockdown and how VR could help us navigate this brave new world.

AI and Machine Learning is proofing to be very adaptable for a whole range of applications: driverless cars, machinery etc. In the health care market the use of AI is ever increasing. We at Nueheights have partnered with a number of organisations to build AI systems, one arena is Medical , we are in the build phase for a Medical Cannabis system to help GP and Consultants administer and evaluate patients needs. The system is designed to be a knowledge transfer and “ Virtual Consultant, over time” It’s based on core AI/ML structures and has taken a slightly different approach to other systems out there.

Ahmed. S.M.Khan, has over 25 years’ experience in the Telecoms sector, culminating in a Chief Technology Officer role(Netcracker and Huawei). His key IT skill areas are in integrating Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help automate decision making. In 2010 Ahmed retrained in herbal medicine (Phytochemistry) and is currently a PhD student. High tech and biotech has led Ahmed to be on the board of a number of companies worldwide.
