Talk 1
Theo Millward is a serial entrepreneur with interests in Children’s Activities, Pet Services and recently a high growth B2B SaaS, FranScape.
Theo will share his entrepreneurial journey, taking one of the UK’s largest Swim Schools that teachers 20,000 children a week through a multi award winning digital transformation to then lose £3.5m in revenue from COVID19. From this incredibly dark time emerged an exciting SaaS called FranScape that, in just over 12 months, rose from nothing to an ARR of £500k+. FranScape recently won Best New Business at the UK Business Awards 2021.

Talk 2
Khadijeh is an entrepreneur, driven by her compassion, and honored to openly share her knowledge gained by working over nine years at multinational companies in different countries.
During her TW talk, Kadijeh will speak about her personal and professional purpose of becoming an entrepreneur, how the AIO journey started and how she discovered the attractiveness of the customer loyalty sector in the UK and the gap in this sector for both businesses and consumers.
