TechYes! #1: Initial Commit (094ee4f)

Come join us for the first Diversity Meetup: Tech Yes! We are excited to host the first event, and invite members to come help define the structure of the meetup and engage each other in quality conversations about the state of Diversity in tech.

The evening will start with a fireside chat with two of the Meetup co-organizers, Elena Washington (https://www.linkedin.com/in/elena-g-washington-15128219), Lauren Vicknair (https://www.linkedin.com/in/laurenvicknair), and Andrew Zirm (https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrewzirm). Elena is a Site Reliability Engineer, Lauren is a QA Engineer, and Andrew is a Data Scientist at Greenhouse. They’ll share their thoughts about the goals behind setting up this group.

Then we’ll break up into groups to discuss various “hot topics” in our community and lay out a foundation for future Meetup topics.

This will be an informal get together and there will be plenty of time to mingle and get to know other like-minded individuals. Food and drink will be provided.
