The Importance of Side Projects and Networking: Tech Talk with Lindsay Wardell

This week we are joined by Tech Academy graduate Lindsay Wardell to discuss side projects and networking! Lindsay will be sharing how she has grown her development knowledge through the creation of an ongoing, engaging side project, and also how she has leveraged podcasts and blogs to stay connected to the greater tech community.

Lindsay is a software engineer at This Dot Labs, and a host on the podcast Views on Vue. She graduated from the Tech Academy in 2018, and has since worked at three different companies as a developer. She loves learning about new languages and tools, and sharing that knowledge with the community.
