While CDS bills itself as a defensive, or “Blue Team” company, they really utilize offensive “Red Team” processes and technologies to help their clients understand and implement the proper TTP’s (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) to prepare, prevent (to the extent possible), detect and respond to information security threats. CDS truly believes that offense informs the defense, and if you are not protecting yourself from the actual TTP’s of the attackers, then you really are not protecting yourself at all.
