An enterprise data systems practitioner and career mobility strategist, he has spent years working with immigrant and first-generation professionals navigating the gap between their experience and their compensation. He speaks from lived experience — not from theory.
Stella Ihenacho is the co-founder of NSTAR Technologies and leads program delivery. An enterprise delivery and programme leadership expert, she brings both practitioner depth and curriculum design precision to everything she facilitates. She designed the positioning audit framework that participants will complete during this session.
