90-min live session. Market intelligence session. Real salary data for enterprise tech and non-tech six-figure pathways.
You have been working hard for years. You have delivered real results. The people who work closely with you know you are good.
And yet — the compensation, the title, the opportunities you know you are qualified for — they have not arrived at the pace your work should have produced them.
This is not a performance problem. It is a positioning problem. And positioning is fixable.
The Corporate Advancement Hour is a free monthly live session hosted by Nnamdi and Stella Ihenacho, co-founders of NSTAR Technologies. Each session covers one focused career advancement topic with depth, specificity, and real examples — no sales pressure, no generic advice, no fluff. Genuine value for working professionals across every domain.

This month's session: From Experienced to Positioned
Most high-performing professionals have invested everything in building experience and almost nothing in building positioning. These are not the same thing. Experience is what you have done and what you are capable of. Positioning is how the market — your employer, your industry, the people who make hiring and promotion decisions — currently sees you.
The gap between the two is what is costing you.
In this session, Stella and Nnamdi will walk you through the three positioning levers that close that gap — and you will complete a live positioning audit of your own situation during the session, leaving with your specific gap identified and your specific first step in hand.

What you will leave with:
— A clear understanding of why capable professionals stay stuck below their potential — and why it is almost never about ability
— The three positioning levers: visibility, specificity, and credibility signals — what each one means and what strong versus weak looks like in practice
— A completed positioning audit of your own current situation, done live during the session
— Your primary positioning gap identified specifically — not in general, but for your background and your target domain
— One concrete first step you can take in the next seven days

Who this session is for:
This session is for mid-career professionals who are performing above their current title and compensation — particularly immigrant and first-generation professionals navigating corporate America — who are ready to move from working hard to working deliberately. You do not need to be in tech. The positioning framework applies across domains including healthcare, public health, corporate operations, management, enterprise technology, and more.
If you are just starting out in your career, this session may be more advanced than where you are right now. If you have been in your field for three or more years and you know the market is not reflecting what you are worth — this session is for you.

What this session is not:
This is not a webinar with 45 minutes of content and 45 minutes of sales pitch. It is not a one-on-one consultation. It is not a teaser for a paid product. Every minute of the 90 minutes is genuine content. There is a single, brief mention of the NSTAR Career Architecture Intensive at the very end for those who want to go further. That is it.

The session format:
Opening — 5 minutes Core content: The three positioning levers — 30 minutes Live positioning audit — 20 minutes Open Q&A — 15 to 20 minutes Close — 5 minutes
