Career Architecture Intensive | NSTAR 2.0 — Cohort 1
Details
Most career transitions fail before they start.
Not because the professional lacks ability. Not because the market has no room for them. Because they are navigating without a plan — operating on intent, hope, and the general sense that if they work hard enough and learn enough, the right outcome will eventually arrive.
It usually does not. Not on the timeline their experience deserves. Not at the compensation their capability warrants.
The Career Architecture Intensive exists to close that gap.
What This Is
The Career Architecture Intensive is a full-day virtual experience — 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern — designed specifically for immigrant and first-generation professionals who are ready to stop wondering what their next move should be and start executing a plan that has been validated against what the market actually pays.
This is not a motivational event. It is not a networking session. It is not a course with pre-recorded videos. It is a structured working day delivered live on Zoom where you build something specific: your personal career architecture. And you leave with it in your hands at 5pm.
What You Will Build
Over the course of the day, guided by Nnamdi and Stella Ihenacho — co-founders of NSTAR Technologies — you will produce four specific outputs:
One — A documented six-figure career lane. Not aspirational. Validated against your actual background, your actual experience level, and what the market is paying right now for professionals with your profile in your target domain.
Two — A validated income trajectory. Role by role, level by level, with real salary benchmarks — showing exactly what the path from your current compensation to your target looks like and what it realistically requires at each stage.
Three — A skill and positioning map. The specific gaps between where you are now and what your target role requires — both technically and in terms of how you are currently seen in the market. This is the diagnostic most professionals have never had done properly.
Four — A 12-month execution roadmap. Month-by-month milestones. Skill development targets. Application timeline. The document you can pick up on Monday and begin executing.
The Day — How It Works
The intensive runs entirely online via Zoom. All participants join from wherever they are. No travel required.
Morning session — Career audit and lane identification. You will map your current experience against the six-figure landscape as it actually exists in the 2026 market. By midday you will have identified your primary lane with enough specificity to name the role, the domain, and the salary band you are targeting.
Lunch break — 60 minutes at 1:00pm Eastern. Step away, reset, come back ready for the afternoon.
Afternoon session — Income trajectory, skill mapping, and roadmap build. You will validate the income trajectory for your identified lane, map the specific gaps between where you are and what the target role requires, and build the 12-month execution roadmap that makes everything concrete.
The day moves at a pace that produces real outputs, not just real insights. You are not watching presentations. You are doing structured work with guidance from practitioners who have helped hundreds of professionals navigate this exact process.
Who This Is For
The Career Architecture Intensive is designed for mid-career professionals with three or more years of experience who know they are performing above what their current title and compensation reflects.
It is built specifically for immigrant and first-generation professionals navigating corporate America — people who have worked hard, delivered real results, and have not yet received the career mobility their experience deserves. Not because they are not ready. Because they have not had access to the structured process that makes the path clear.
It is for professionals across every domain. Enterprise technology, healthcare operations, public health programme leadership, corporate management, financial services, and more. The career architecture process is domain-agnostic. The lane you identify will be specific to your background.
This intensive is not for professionals who are just starting out in their career. It is for professionals with real experience who are ready to move deliberately toward the income level and leadership scope their background warrants.
What This Is Not
This is not a certification programme. What you will receive is something more immediately valuable — a documented, personalised career plan built around your specific situation that you can begin executing the following week.
This is not a sales event for NSTAR's practitioner programmes. At 4pm, as part of the roadmap build, you will hear about NSTAR's six-figure specialisation tracks for participants whose identified lane maps to one of our programme domains. That is one segment of the afternoon. The rest of the day is entirely about building your plan — whether or not you continue with NSTAR beyond this intensive.
The Outputs Are Yours
Every document you build during the intensive belongs to you. You leave with everything. If you choose to continue with NSTAR's Practitioner Programmes, the work you did in the intensive becomes the foundation of that next step. If you choose to execute independently, you have a complete plan to do so.
About the Hosts
Nnamdi Ihenacho is the co-founder of NSTAR Technologies and the African Immigrant Collective. An enterprise data systems practitioner and career mobility strategist, he has spent years working directly with immigrant and first-generation professionals navigating the gap between their experience and their compensation. He speaks from lived experience — not theory.
Stella Ihenacho is the co-founder of NSTAR Technologies and leads programme delivery. An enterprise delivery and programme leadership expert, she designed the Career Architecture framework that the intensive is built around. She brings both practitioner depth and curriculum precision to everything she facilitates.
