Jordan Lunetta — You only need one door to open
Details
Jordan Lunetta has been building and getting his hands dirty since age 10. Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, he started a DJ business at 12, talked his way into a job in Berlin with no technical background, and ended up leading UK app development at Delivery Hero through IPO and acquisition. All without a single door being handed to him. When he's not investing or building across Carrier's European business, you'll find him in a pool, jamming to 80s music, or hunting for bookstores. Now he's joining us in Split for a fireside chat that's as much about mindset as it is about startups.
In this session, Toni Trivković sits down with Jordan for a candid, audience-driven conversation about what it really takes to create your own opportunities — in scrappy startups, inside big corporations, and everywhere in between.
Expect raw stories from the trenches of Delivery Hero, Kiro, ODIN, and Viessmann. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
What we'll dig into together:
- How Jordan made it to Berlin and what happened once he got there
- Building startups and intrapreneurship inside big companies: what nobody tells you
- Hitting walls, recalibrating, and showing up anyway
- Creating opportunities when no one's offering them to you
- How to know when to pivot your goals — and when to push through
This isn't a polished keynote. It's a conversation — and you're part of it.
