What weâre about
Welcome to Tech Connect Donostia, an international group for tech and business enthusiasts in Donostia-San Sebastian!
đ About this group: I am Luis, a local from Tudela (Navarra), working as a software developer at a Madrid ERP company, Factor Libre S.L. The group was founded by Sasha Pometko, a product designer in tech, who now moved to other horizons. Iâve been living in Donostia for more than 20 years. I'm in love with the city, but sometimes I wish I would live in Madrid or SF, lots of tech and entrepreneurship events.
đ§ For whom? The group is open to anyone interested or working in tech/business/entrepreneurship/whatever related, including Product Designers, managers, sales representatives, investors, engineers, developers, product owners, digital nomads, etc.
Structure of the meetup:
The events provide a relaxed and informal environment for participants to connect with like-minded individuals, share ideas, and learn from each other while sipping a drink or a coffee. The formats vary between informal chats, guided conversations, speaker presentations, or a mix of things.
We'd love for you to come with ideas and willingness to facilitate sessions too sometime!
đŁď¸ Which language will we be speaking? English (no need for a perfect level though)

Building a B2B Sales Engine Without a Sales Team

Join us for a hands-on Tech Connect Donostia session on how early-stage startups can build a repeatable, modern sales engine â without having a sales team.
A practical, zero-fluff framework for founders who need B2B customers before they can afford a sales department.
In todayâs world, founders, small teams, and even solo builders are expected to generate revenue long before they hire their first SDR or Head of Sales. But where do you even start? How do you create predictable conversations, meetings, and opportunities when youâre juggling product, growth, operations, and everything else?
In this workshop, weâll break down a clear, simple and practical framework that any startup can apply:
- How to define your âMinimum Viable Sales Processâ
- How to detect buying signals before doing outreach
- What to automate early (and what not to automate)
- Messaging that actually gets replies
- How to book your first predictable meetings
- The early metrics that matter (and the ones that donât)
No sales jargon. No generic advice. Just actionable steps founders can implement immediately.
You donât need a laptop â but you will leave with a lighter, clearer way to approach sales, plus a template you can recreate for your own startup.
Whether youâre new to entrepreneurship or already growing your product, this workshop is designed to make sales feel less intimidating, more structured, and actually achievable without a team.
Curious minds, builders, and scrappy founders: all are welcome.
đŁď¸ Language: English (Donât worry, it doesnât have to be perfect!)
See you there! đ
