Panelists:
Rossana Bianchi - Data & AI Ethics Lead, KPMG:
Rossana joined KPMG Australia in 2019. She focuses on technology innovation and ethical management of data and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. Rossana has over 11 years of management consulting experience across Europe, the UK and the Asia Pacific region.
Enthusiastic about the socio-economic opportunities that come with emerging technologies, Rossana is also passionate about working with organisations aspiring to be at the forefront of innovation.
Rossana leads the AI and Data Ethics Capability at KPMG, working with the broader ecosystem – including academia and policy makers – to develop practical approaches for responsible innovation.
She is an advisor in key fora like Standards Australia, driving the development of international standards such as ISO for Artificial Intelligence. She proactively collaborates with international not-for-profit think tanks, developing approaches to audit autonomous systems.
Tracey Evans - CIO, Seek:
Tracey has been leading high performing teams for over 15 years. She is currently SEEK's APAC CIO, where she is responsible for the delivery of Infrastructure and Enterprise Software solutions across the SEEK. She is a passionate technologist with extensive experience leading change and enterprise transformation across the Asia Pacific region. After 16 years with KPMG, she has enjoyed her move to SEEK and embraced its dynamic and highly energised culture. As a senior woman in technology, Tracey is also a passionate supporter of the next generation of women technologists, helping them navigate and succeed in the transformational realm of technology.
