Join us for a Morning Meetup hosted by Specialisterne, where we'll explore how neuroinclusive recruitment can help uncover valuable IT talent that is often overlooked by traditional hiring processes.
In this Morning Meetup, Camilla Kruse (Talent Acquisition Specialist) and Malte Blaabjerg (IT Project Manager / Team Coach) will share how Specialisterne's recruitment process differs from traditional hiring practices and how we identify neurodivergent IT talent. We will also discuss how we continuously adapt to the changing demands of the IT industry and build tailored academies that equip our candidates with the skills employers are looking for.
