The New Year is a time for us all to take stock and look at where we can make improvements. In that spirit, our first Techie Brekkie Edinburgh of 2023 will give you tips on how to improve your agility, while you enjoy a delicious free breakfast.

Techie Brekkie is open to all disciplines to help foster partnership and collaboration.

Most software development teams today consider themselves to be practising some form of Agile development. But what form that takes can vary greatly from team to team, so how do you make sure you're staying Agile as you evolve?

In this talk, David will:

  • remind you what Agile is (and what it isn't)
  • identify a few common traps people fall into
  • look at how we can stay Agile as we go forward
