On May 10th we are inviting you to our Techie Night #11 with Zortify at HoST! The event specifically for tech-geeks, developers, engineers and CTOs.

• 6.00 pm: Check in of participants
• 6.25 pm: Welcome words by Judith Schleder (Silicon Luxembourg)
• 6.30 pm: General Talk on Zortify's founding story by Prof. Dr. Florian Feltes (CEO & Co-Founder of Zortify)
• 7.00 pm: Tech Talk on "Building Trustworthy HX Technology: An Intersection of Ethics, AI, and Human-Centered Design" by Dr. Christopher Morse, Dr. Siwen Guo and Dr. Marcus Heidbrink from Zortify. The talk will focus on the intersection of AI and psychology and how it can be applied within HR tech to create better outcomes for people. Through examples and insights, the talk will reveal how Zortify develops relevant, reliable, and transparent AI technologies that are rooted in ethical and human-centered design. Attendees will be challenged to think differently about HR decision-making, and to consider how to balance the benefits of technology with a truly human-centric approach.
