What can we do to mobilize democrats to vote in the 2020 election?

Come prepared with 3-5 ideas for a brainstorming session. Think of things that we can accomplish shot-term. After the election we will start to tackle more long-term goals, like getting voting restrictions removed in Texas.

Background info:
Texans don't vote. They are almost dead last when it comes to voter turnout. Overall turnout for the 2014 midterms was 42 percent and the rate among Latinxs was only 27 percent.
