Salome Sallehy began her work with Plastic in 2011, when she came on board to carve out a Marketing Department for the fast-growing mobile agency. Today, Salome leads the Plastic Marketing team in mobile campaign launches for brands such as AIR MILES, Pizza Pizza, and Royal LePage. She is also the Chair of the MUX group – growing the meetup to more than 700 members to date and overseeing its mandate to shape mobile user experience standards and establish best practices in Mobile UX.

Matthew is a design leader with experience in the domain of emerging technologies, specializing in software design, innovation and product development. In addition to working in interface design, product management and software development roles in startups, Matthew has extensive design, strategy and consulting experience working on large scale technology and commerce projects for Fortune 500 firms ranging from financial services to healthcare. As a founder at Normative, Matthew sets direction for the software design practice and works with on strategic product innovation projects with key clients.

Leanne joined the mobile design movement in 2009 as a user interface designer with the face-paced technology start-up Xtreme Labs. Five incredible years later, she now leads a large team of award-winning UX/UI designers at Pivotal Labs Toronto as Associate Director of Product Design. Leanne is responsible for developing Pivotal Labs' unique design methodology which she has implemented with major international clients across media, financial services, retail and healthcare.

With over 5 years in a senior graphic and user experience design role and over 10 years of industry experience, Paul has taken part in evolving how we interact with products to ensure end-users can intuitively interact with and derive significant value from the product. At BNOTIONS Paul has been the lead product designer for many successful projects including the Indigo mCommerce app and Sport Chek Scan & Save mobile App. Paul also teaches the Intro to User Experience Design course through the Yorkville Media Centre.
