Nicole Hoelle is a dedicated and CompTIA Security+ certified aspiring cybersecurity analyst with a robust fraud prevention, detection, and financial data analysis background. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Nicole has honed her technical skills through hands-on projects and professional experiences that showcase her ability to address complex cybersecurity challenges and data analysis tasks.

Technical Proficiency and Education
Nicole's technical expertise is underpinned by her proficiency in various security solutions, techniques, and tools. Her technical toolkit includes KQL, Python, Powershell, Metasploit, Wireshark, firewall, and antivirus tools. Nicole is comfortable operating across Windows, Linux, and Unix systems.

Her formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. She furthered her education with a Cybersecurity Certificate from Springboard, an intensive six-month course that included one-on-one mentor oversight and career coaching.

Professional Experience
Nicole's career trajectory has taken her from financial data analysis to cybersecurity. As a Financial Data Analyst at Luma Financial Technologies, she significantly improved data entry processes by integrating API and machine learning technologies, contributing to the company's global expansion.

Transitioning to cybersecurity, Nicole has completed projects such as patching and securing systems, configuring antivirus solutions, and capturing and analyzing network traffic with Wireshark. Her capstone project involved a structured walkthrough penetration test on a fictional company, demonstrating her ability to assess and report on security vulnerabilities.

Currently, Nicole works as a Conversational AI Trainer, where she engages with large language model AI chatbots, ensuring they provide safe, helpful, and relevant experiences. She also verifies the accuracy of complex mathematical and STEM problems, showcasing her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
