Community Shoutouts - This is an open section for anyone to say hello, mention that they are #hiring, looking for a new role, funding, co-founders and everything under the sun. Don't worry, the community is super welcoming and supportive!

Talk #1 - Why Matter matters. A cloudless approach to IoT automation by Bill Ray

The Matter standard is becoming available and is going to revolutionise IoT. Backed by Apple, Google, Ikea, Samsung, Signify, Legend and Schneider Electric... basically, everyone who matters in IoT*. It removes the cloud dependency and creates Edge interoperability. This talk introduces the standard and explains why it's different.

Lightning Talks - If you would like to share something interesting that you're working on (less than 5min). This could be a demo video, a short intro presentation or even a startup pitch - this is your moment! Talk #2 - The role of a startup CTO - Aligning tech and business strategy by Bhairav Patel

In this talk, Bhairav will describe the changing role of a CTO in a start-up as the business scales and grows and the importance of aligning the business strategy with the tech strategy.
