**Community Shoutouts** \- This is an open segment for anyone to say hello\, mention that they are \#hiring\, looking for a new role\, fundraising\, searching for co\-founders and everything else under the sun\. Don't worry\, the community is super welcoming and supportive\!

**Talk #1 - Lessons from hypergrowth at Slack: Navigating change in fast-moving organisations** by [Amy Wallace](https://www.linkedin.com/in/amywallace1/) of [Bracken Grove](https://brackengrove.com/)

Change is the only constant in a fast moving organisation. This talk will cover some of the experiences of working in a hypergrowth environment and what Amy learned about how to succeed as both an individual and as the leader of a team.

This could be a demo video\, a short intro presentation or even a startup pitch \- this is your moment\!
