This talk will focus on the trials and tribulations of scaling up a tech business - from successes, failures and the practical lessons in-between.

Who is Darren?
Darren Dalrymple is Head of Scotland at xDesign, one of the UK’s fastest growing tech companies. Before this, he worked for Infinity Works during a period of hypergrowth and its eventual acquisition by Accenture.
Darren has over 10 years of experience working in the UK tech industry, and a lot of time has been spent preparing companies for growth; providing strategy around sustainable growth, whilst creating the right environments for tech teams to do amazing things. 📈

Networking Drinks - Based on community feedback, we’ve removed the lighting and 2nd talk in favour of more networking time. Come along to hang out with old friends and make some new ones!
