The Dublin Software Craftsmanship Community is back on the evening of Wednesday 21st June.
How does it work?
A Lightning Talk
This month, Brian Matthews, who has been developing all kinds of systems since 1990, will discuss why over-reuse and laziness can be a lethal cocktail that will hurt your developer productivity and block your products' route to market.
Followed by Open Space
The rest of the evening will be run as an open space to discuss a specific practice, a problem you may be having at work, whatever, this is Open Space - come along and join in the debate.
Call for Lightning Talkers!
If you've got a cool demo, using some new technology or just something you think is interesting, controversial or just plain funny, bring it along and share with the group!
Don't worry if you've never given a lightning talk before - this is a great opportunity to give a talk in a friendly environment. We have a projector and a whiteboard and talks can be as short as five minutes.
Book Your Place
There's only room for limited numbers at this event (40), and whilst registration is not essential, preference is given to people who have booked on our official page on Ti.to (https://ti.to/tcube/Dublin-Software-Craftsmanship-Community-June-2017/).
