Random Hacks of Kindness Reception

It's the fifth Philly version of RANDOM HACKS OF KINDNESS (http://www.randomhacks.org), the global-impact focused weekend hackathon, and this year the City of Philadelphia and Chief Data Officer Mark Headd are hosting the pre-event reception.
Come out for some light refreshments, meet other attendees for the weekend and participate in some idea generation to kickoff the weekend. Come at 6pm, we'll start talking at 7pm and getting out of City Hall at 8pm.
