Join us to help plan next year's Philly Tech Week (happening April 29 - May 7)!

This event will be focused on forming ideas and making connections that will lead to another year of really great, community-focused programming. We'll spend some time sharing some of our initial plans for the week and meeting each other over light refreshments (aka beer and pizza).

The bulk of the night will be a good, old-fashioned brainstorming session for #PTW16.

Attendees will breakout into 6 groups based on the different "tracks" during Philly Tech Week.

• MEDIA — The strategy around technology coverage & promotion. Think: content marketing, digital marketing strategy, social networks.

• CREATIVE — Where art and technology collide. Think: video games, digital art, community initiatives.

• ACCESS — Discussing diversity and education issues that affect everyday citizens. Think: digital divide, digital education.

• CIVIC — The impact of technology on government and civil society. Think: digital media, civic hacking, open data.

• DEV — Where programmers, designers, developers and project managers come together. Think: coding, front and back-end development, and more.

• BUSINESS — The startup and business community conversation. Think: venture capital, startups, bootstrapping, entrepreneur stories.

What is Philly Tech Week?

Philly Tech Week is a week-long celebration of technology and innovation in Philadelphia. The week of events is intended to grow the impact of this innovative region through programming focused on technology, collaboration and improving Philadelphia. This year's PTW will take place from April 29 - May 7, 2016.
