This event has come about because of the most requested topic to date… we'll hear from an all-star cast of professionals on the topic of Cyber Insurance, moderated by Jared Swezey. Panelists will share an overview of the evolution of the Cyber Insurance Marketplace and help educate on today's Cyber Insurance product offerings and the services available to policyholders.

Moderator Jared Swezey
Over his 13+ years of technology executive leadership his focus has been driving operational efficiency, while strategically implementing security practices & awareness training in order to reduce organizational risk. From being involved with the project to bring the first fiber connections to John F. Kennedy Airport to working with global business leaders to plan and implement digital transformation, Jared has a diversified knowledge of the enterprise technology industry.

Panelist Anne Hasenstab
Anne is the Executive Risk/Cyber Security Practice Leader for Ward Insurance and has spent the last 19 years of her career specializing in Cyber Risk insurance. She began her career in Chicago, IL working as an underwriter and insurance consultant for small to Fortune 100 clients in all industry classes. Most recently Anne has held underwriting management roles through the Pacific Northwest for both Travelers and Chubb Insurance. She has been featured as a speaker at many events such as the South Sound Technology Conference, Puget Sound Cyber Security Summit, Columbia Bank/FBI Cyber Series, and was named Travelers Insurance Educators-of-the-Year in 2011 and 2014. Anne is a multi-state Continuing Education educator within the insurance industry and has taught over 200 CE classes in the past decade.

Panelist Simone McCormick
Simone is a Partner and Cyber Breach Coach Attorney in the Portland and San Francisco offices of Lewis Brisbois. Simone represents business and professional clients in data incidents which include forensic investigations, multi-state notifications of affected clients and state Attorney General offices, the Office of Civil Right of the Department of Health and Human Services, and other governmental entities. Simone also counsels clients in incident response planning, risk assessments, best practices in information privacy and data security. She holds the Certified Information Privacy professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential.
