Meet and network with other cybersecurity professionals. We'll hear from Don Easton on the topic of Cyber Security for consumers – information that will be a good reminder for professionals, and a solid foundation of knowledge for everyone else. Don will share an overview of consumer cybersecurity best practices in areas including VPN, mobile, and home wifi-security.

Don Easton
A technology veteran with over 18 years in the IT and Information Security industries. He has a Master's degree in Information Security and holds several industry certifications in IT and cybersecurity. In his current role as a web and email security technologist, he partners with sales and engineering teams within a large technology company, enabling them to provide customers with effective solutions to challenging problems. In his other role, he is the lead faculty for the new cybersecurity degree at Lane Community College. He is a member of several committees and boards focused around increasing computer science education and career opportunities in Lane County.
