Freddie Mac values the US housing stock at $16.4 Trillion. In McGraw-Hill's latest SmartMarket Report: ‘World Green Building Trends" indicates firms are shifting their business toward green building, with 51 percent of respondents planning more than 60 percent of their work to be green by 2015. This is a significant increase from the 28 percent that said the same for their work in 2013 and double the 13 percent in 2008.

How can a startup or innovator successfully meet the 3 challenges of raising investment, delivering attractive returns while meeting sustainability goals? How have successful businesses survived and become profitable? What are the challenges, pitfalls, alternative and successful strategies to success?

In our next Forum our Panel will delve into these questions and more. Please join us for an evening of making the sustainable house a financial reality.
