Re-brand yourself - stand out from the crowd

In an increasingly competitive job market, it is essential you stand out from the crowd. Having a good CV is no longer enough. Knowing where to start and what channels to use can be intimidating.

Our panel have been there before and will talk through what has worked for them and what they look for when hiring.

• Sam Jones an Engineering Manager at Monzo, she has been in the tech industry for 20 years working at some amazing brands including Gameseys Barclays Capital and IG

• Maeve Scarry is currently working at Photobox having transitioned to working in the Security industry in 2019. Before that, she had completed a sales grad program for a large FMCG

• Sonya Moisset is a lead security engineer with a strong background in programming. She is a tech advocate, keen contributor to open-source channels and a public speaker in the UK tech scene. Her journey from International Business Consultant to Full Stack Engineer has been captured on medium where she has over 3000 followers.

• Melissa Arneau is a test analyst in the product team at Miller Insurance. Previously she was a QA Engineer at WorldRemit Ltd. After being an accountant for nearly a decade in Paris, she moved to London for a career change, passing via sales, medical assistant and store supervisor.
