Scrum community experts have been collecting these secrets for years, and working together to write them down as patterns. One of the inventors of Scrum, Jeff Sutherland, now uses them as a central part of his training and of describing Scrum. Come and learn how to use them and what they mean to your organisation, and how you can use them to chart a powerful new direction of kaizen for your Scrum team!

At the first session, there will be a short crash course to Scrum patterns. Furthermore, we will discuss patterns ’Stable teams’(https://www.scrumbook.org/product-organization-pattern-language/development-team/stable-teams.html) , ‘Yesterday weather’ (http://scrumbook.org/value-stream/estimation-points/yesterday-s-weather.html) and ’Team that finish early accelerate faster’(http://scrumbook.org.datasenter.no/retrospective-pattern-language/teams-that-finish-early-accelerate-faster.html) in a group and share experiences how we have used or missed these patterns in projects.

Participation is free and you do not need to buy the book. There will be some time reserved for reading and re-reading the patterns so there is no requirement for having patterns "memorised" beforehand.

Who should join?
Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, anyone with some experience in Scrum and willing to learn more is welcome.

Session outcomes
People joining will get a deeper understanding of the Scrum patterns: how to fix broken Scrum, use in retrospectives, plan Scrum adoption, and will also learn from other people's experiences.

Speaker
Roman Lobus
Agile coach, enthusiast of professional Scrum and Dialogic Organisational development. (https://www.linkedin.com/in/lobus/)
