This isn’t another conversation about confidence. This is about the impossible balancing act we live with every day - the double standards, the contradictory feedback, the pressure to shrink and shine at the same time. Our panelists will share unfiltered experiences of being labeled, misunderstood, and judged, and what it really takes to navigate this tightrope without losing yourself.
